Further questions for your purchasing review

What is the correct support process when lifting equipment cannot be used safely?

Stop using equipment that cannot perform the task safely and follow its instructions to make the system safe. Contact Jenny Zhan with the model, serial number, configuration, workpiece details, readings, alarms and photographs. Agree the inspection or service action before returning the equipment to use.

How can buyers order the correct spare part and keep an equipment service record?

Keep the equipment model, serial number, installed configuration, service history and part identification. Supply overview and close-up photographs with dimensions and connection details when ordering a part. Record the replacement and checks performed. Similar appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

Separate a repair request from a new application

A worn seal on an unchanged, identified machine is a replacement request. A different workpiece, pad layout, turning movement or host attachment is a configuration review. Tell us which situation applies so the response addresses the right problem.

Who coordinates your support request

Jenny Zhan coordinates equipment and document enquiries at jennyzhan@auto-easy.com and +86 135-3727-1735 (phone and WhatsApp). Include the model and serial number, your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Photographs of the nameplate, affected part and operating situation help identify the equipment before a recommendation is made.

For parts enquiries, provide the part number or clear photographs and dimensions from the installed item. For warranty enquiries, include the purchase information so the agreed coverage and exclusions can be checked. On-site work, remote guidance, spare parts and commercial responsibility should be established for the particular request.
