We use limited first-party browser storage for equipment comparison, visitor measurement and authorised staff sign-in. We do not embed third-party advertising cookies. Details about personal information and enquiries are explained in our Privacy Notice.
Website analytics identifier
The et_visitor cookie holds a random signed browser identifier for up to 90 days. It is restricted to this host and uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. Public pages initialise it without an analytics-choice popup. The identifier lets us connect page views, product and PDF interactions, searches and contact clicks within the same browser, and associate retained browsing with an enquiry submitted from that browser. It is not a name, email address or consent receipt.
Comparison selections
Equipment comparison stores the product identifiers you select in your browser so the comparison can be opened across pages. You can remove items using the comparison controls or clear this site’s browser storage. Comparison remains available when analytics cannot run.
Staff authentication
Restricted administration uses authentication cookies to keep authorised staff signed in. These are separate from the visitor identifier. Signed-in staff activity is excluded from visitor analytics. Public equipment browsing does not require an administrator account.
Browser settings and deletion requests
Supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent visitor analytics from starting. You can also manage this site’s storage in your browser. Clearing cookies prevents the previous browser identifier from being sent again but does not erase server records already retained. For access, correction or deletion of retained information, contact jennyzhan@auto-easy.com with an enquiry or website reference if available.
Contact references
WhatsApp and email drafts may include an ETW website reference to help our team connect the enquiry with the equipment viewed. The draft is editable and is not sent automatically. The reference is distinct from authentication and does not give access to private analytics reports.
