Who handles your information
Easytech is operated by Dongguan Easytech Automation Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., Room 403, No. 212, Zhongxing Road, Dalingshan, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City. Contact Jenny Zhan at jennyzhan@auto-easy.com or +86 135-3727-1735 about this notice or your information.
Enquiries and sales follow-up
We use the contact and project details you submit to answer equipment questions, prepare quotations and follow up on your request. The enquiry record includes the source page and, where selected, a snapshot of the product information at submission. Enquiry and quotation records are separate from website analytics.
Website usage and browser identifiers
Our first-party analytics starts when a public page loads, without a separate analytics popup. It uses a random, signed browser identifier to connect visits on this website. We record viewed page paths, on-site searches, product comparisons, PDF clicks, FAQ and video interactions, contact clicks, form steps and technical performance. Source information includes referring domains, filtered campaign labels and the presence of supported advertising click markers, without retaining their unique values. Events have timestamps; we also record the browser and operating-system family. We derive a coarse country and device category; raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics records. A browser identifier is not proof of a person’s identity and is not a consent record.
How browsing relates to an enquiry
When you submit an enquiry from the same browser, retained browsing records may be linked to that enquiry so our team can understand the equipment and information you considered. WhatsApp and email links can include an ETW website reference in an editable draft. If you send that reference, our sales team can verify it and connect your message to an enquiry record. A contact click does not prove that a message was sent or received. We do not read your WhatsApp conversations or mailbox, and we do not identify visitors by guessing from names, countries or IP addresses.
What we do not collect in analytics
Analytics events do not contain enquiry field contents, passwords, full referring URLs or page query strings. We filter email-like and phone-like text from recorded searches and campaign labels. We do not use advertising trackers, device fingerprinting or cross-site browsing histories. A different browser or device is not automatically matched to an existing visitor.
Retention and browser controls
The browser identifier expires after 90 days. Individual events are deleted after 90 days. Inactive session and browser records are removed 90 days after their last recorded activity; non-identifying daily totals are retained for up to 24 months. Retention expiry removes browsing identity from retained enquiry attribution without deleting the business enquiry. Visitor analytics excludes recognised bots, signed-in staff and browsers sending supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Browser settings and blocking tools can prevent measurement. Clearing site storage removes the browser identifier but does not itself delete previously stored records.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact Jenny using the details above to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to its use. If available, include your enquiry or ETW website reference so we can locate the correct record; we may need to verify the request. Removing browsing records also removes their links and browser context from enquiries. Separate business correspondence may need to be retained for the enquiry, transaction or applicable recordkeeping requirements. A protected deletion journal prevents normal backup restoration from reinstating erased browsing records.
Access and service operations
Access to contact identities and browsing histories is restricted to authorised sales staff and administrators. Other analytics users see reports without contact-history access. Our own server stores the analytics; no external analytics platform receives these events. Operational request records separately capture time, path, method, response status, duration, referring domain, the presence of supported click markers and a limited classification of the requesting software. They are not linked to browser identifiers. We distinguish verified search crawlers, declared crawlers, suspected automation and requests whose identity is uncertain; a browser request is not proof of a human visitor. Google and Bing verification uses locally cached official network lists, without sending visitor IP addresses to those services. These analytics records do not store raw IP addresses, full User-Agent strings or Cookie values. Ingested request details expire after 90 days; temporary request log files are removed after seven days once fully processed. Hosting and security systems may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
External contact services
Opening WhatsApp or your email application takes you to a separate service. Information you choose to send there is handled under that service’s terms and privacy practices as well as our handling of the enquiry. We do not send a message merely because you click a contact link.
