Define what is being accepted
Before an order is released, agree the model, configuration, stated load conditions, movements, utilities, supplied accessories and the checks required for acceptance. A general company assessment, a product certificate and a test of the supplied machine answer different questions.
- Configuration: match the quotation, technical drawings and order specification to the equipment being supplied.
- Functional checks: identify the movements, controls and vacuum-system behavior to be demonstrated for the agreed configuration.
- Workpiece or load trials: record the surface, dimensions, weight, orientation and test conditions when a trial forms part of the order.
- Handover: identify the inspection record, demonstration video, manuals and other documents to accompany the shipment.

Available vacuum-system compliance record
The available ATS Certificate of Compliance is ATS202605198880201C-01C, dated 27 May 2026, for listed Vacuum System Equipment. It names Dongguan Easytech Automation Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and references report ATS202605198880201R-01R.

The stated assessment references EN 60204-1:2018/A1:2025 and EN ISO 12100:2010. The accompanying report identifies an ETJSV200-100 submitted sample. The certificate is a voluntary attestation and refers to the technical construction file. It must not be read as blanket certification of every item on this website, proof of a lifting capacity, or a substitute for the applicable declaration and instructions.
When documentation is required for procurement or import, send the exact model, configuration, destination and required standard. Ask for the matching model-list pages and applicable declaration, report or technical documents as part of the quotation review. Do not apply a mains-powered sample assessment automatically to another power system.

A website specification PDF is a selection document. It is not an operating manual, a site lifting plan or proof that every optional configuration has the same certification scope.
