Vacuum Components, Suction Heads and Replacement Parts

Identify vacuum heads, cups, lifting tubes, hoses, controls and service parts by function and interface. Compare documented sizes and compatibility inputs.

Choose a replacement from the installed equipment and interface. Choose a new head from the workpiece and the complete lifting system. These are different requests: replacing a worn seal should not silently become a change to the lifting configuration.

Filters include documented loads and overlapping conditional ranges. A range does not guarantee its upper value for every workpiece. Check material, seal, orientation and complete configuration.

Type B — Joystick Control Handle

Joystick control; stated 1,700 mm operating height range.

Type C — Extended Two-Hand Control Handle

Extended two-hand control; series maximum compatible load 250 kg.

Prepare one clear identification set

  • Machine model/serial and a photo of the component installed.
  • Overview and close-up of the part, with a scale or dimensioned drawing.
  • Seal profile, connection/thread/flange and material identification if available.
  • The symptom or reason for replacement, and any recent change in the workpiece.

Do not select a cup by outside diameter alone. Seal geometry, effective contact, material and connection can differ. Silicone or stainless-steel descriptions also do not establish food-contact or hygienic certification.

Compare contact types and head selection

Does a component need its own machine lifting capacity?

Some components have a stated application or compatibility limit, while others are selected by interface and function. Do not invent a standalone machine load for a filter, valve or hose.

Will a larger pump fix low vacuum?

Not necessarily. Contact leakage, a damaged seal, blocked filter or unsuitable interface may be the cause. Use the support process before changing the source.

Prepare a comparable quotation

Provide the installed machine identity, part photographs, interface dimensions and the required quantity. For a new head or source, add the workpiece range and the complete lifting arrangement.
