Vacuum Tube Lifters for Bags, Cartons and Panels

Compare vacuum tube lifters by sealed or porous load, lifting stroke and fixed or mobile support. Review heads, controls, utilities and model PDFs.

Vacuum tube lifters grip and raise a workpiece through a controlled vacuum lifting unit. Select the unit, suction head, handle, source and supporting jib or rail as one station. The load on a sealed surface and the load on a porous package are separate specifications.

Filters include documented loads and overlapping conditional ranges. A range does not guarantee its upper value for every workpiece. Check material, seal, orientation and complete configuration.

The 250 kg sealed-surface model is not the longest-stroke option: ETJSV300-250 lists 1,650 mm, while several smaller units list 1,700 / 2,500 mm configurations. Tube length is also separate from usable stroke. Compare the complete pickup-to-placement range before moving up a capacity.

What changes in the layout

Manually repositioned station

ET-TL-MOB-060 — Manually Repositioned Mobile Vacuum Tube Lifter

60 kg, 3,000 mm jib and 250° rotation; counterweight base and adjustable feet.

Height-adjustable station

ET-TL-TEL-060 — Height-Adjustable Mobile Vacuum Tube Lifter

60 kg, telescopic column and bending tube arrangement; forklift repositioning with the jib locked.

Powered-travel station

ET-TL-BAT-060 — Battery-Powered Mobile Articulating Vacuum Tube Lifter

60 kg, articulating arm, 2,100 mm folded clearance and mains/battery options.

Forklift-mounted station

ET-TL-FLT-050 — Forklift-Mounted Twin-Column Vacuum Tube Lifter

50 kg, height-adjustable twin columns and electric support legs.

Repositioning describes moving the equipment between working locations. It is not permission to travel with a suspended workpiece. The working and transport states must follow the supplied configuration instructions.

Filled bags

Bag-compatible head and source.

Permeability, seams, package integrity and pickup position.

Cartons

Head footprint on the loaded carton.

Flaps, labels, board strength and far pallet rows.

Wood / MDF panels

Panel head and support distribution.

Porosity, deflection, cutouts and any required tilt.

Quick-change heads and extended handles are configuration choices, not automatic inclusions. Type A lists a 45 kg maximum compatible bag load; a heavier lifting unit does not remove that handle condition.

Does one model include every voltage listed?

No. The listed 480 / 380 / 220 V three-phase values are selected per order. Identify the actual electrical supply and the quoted source.

Can a sealed-surface figure be used for woven sacks?

Only the condition established for the actual filled package and head applies. Use the separate porous-surface value when reviewing leakage-prone packaging.

Prepare a comparable quotation

Provide the filled workpiece range, contact surfaces, lowest pickup and highest placement, pallet or machine layout, complete cycle requirement and available supply. Identify which support structure or source is already installed.
