The company behind your equipment enquiry

Easytech works with businesses planning vacuum lifting and industrial handling operations. From our base in Dongguan, China, we coordinate equipment selection, configuration discussions, inspection and export delivery. Jenny Zhan is your contact for bringing the technical and commercial parts of an enquiry together.

The quotation and order documents identify the company, equipment configuration and responsibilities for your project. Keep these records with the machine identification and technical documents for future reference.

Start with the workpiece and the working space

A lifting task is more than a weight. A thin sheet can deflect, a carton surface can leak, and an installation may require movement through a narrow opening. We start with the material, dimensions, surface, pickup and placement positions, and the movements you need. Drawings and photographs help turn that description into a useful equipment discussion.

Layout work: reviewing a crane arrangement on screen. Project drawings are prepared around the agreed installation scope.

The range covers vacuum tube handling, glass and sheet lifting, installation robots, lift assistance, cranes and supporting equipment. Each product page keeps the stated load conditions, movements and available configuration details together. Use the model PDF to circulate those details within your team.

Discuss the operation with real equipment

Workshop discussions and demonstrations help make the intended operation clear: where the operator stands, how the load is picked up, how it moves and where it is released. If your surface, workpiece or reach needs a specific trial, include the sample conditions and acceptance points in the enquiry so the test scope can be agreed.

Inspection, packing and a documented handover

Our documented shipment process covers equipment acceptance, identification labels, manuals and parts information, packing measurements and shipping paperwork. Acceptance can be recorded through inspection documents, a demonstration video or an agreed on-site check. The order defines what is to be checked and supplied.

Packing photographs are taken before packing, before crate closure, after the shipping marks are applied and during loading. This creates a practical record of the equipment and packages being handed over.

Company records you can check

A Bureau Veritas company assessment, MIC-ASR232995, records an audit on 4 August 2023. An SGS Trade Assessment report, 473772270_T, was issued on 13 June 2025 with a stated validity period of 14 June 2025 to 13 June 2026. These are dated company assessment records; the SGS period has ended. They are not presented as current product approvals.

Product compliance documents have a different purpose. Their issuer, report reference, listed models and technical scope must match the equipment under discussion. Our quality page explains the available 2026 vacuum-system certificate and its limits.
