Locate the required pane position on the load envelope before comparing capacities. Use the dimensional drawing to review the machine posture and surrounding clearance; a maximum height is not a capacity at every reach.

Use the photograph and model data for different decisions

The photograph records an equipment application. It does not establish the pane weight, a tested cycle time, the customer identity or approval of your site. The table below identifies the published model configuration to review alongside your own project drawing.

The two machines share an 800 kg maximum rating but differ in pad arrangement, side turning and equipment weight. Select for the available contact face and approach direction. The minimum machine dimensions do not include every possible pane sweep or operating position.

Mark four locations on the site drawing

  • Pickup point and pane orientation on the rack.
  • Narrowest door/turn and the complete travel route.
  • Machine standing position relative to the opening.
  • Final pane position, support before release and tool withdrawal.

For a comparable proposal, send those marked drawings with the pane schedule and the actual workpiece contact restrictions. Request a configuration response and the applicable working-position limits before selecting on the headline capacity.

Prepare a comparable enquiry

Send the pane schedule, contact-face restrictions and a marked site drawing. Include the pickup, travel, standing and final installation positions. The proposal needs to identify the equipment configuration and applicable position limits.
