Plan the full movement from pickup to a supported release. These examples are requirement-planning tools, not completed customer installations or verified performance results.
Choose the workflow closest to your task
Planning example | Handling sequence | Information to prepare |
|---|---|---|
Glass racks, site travel and final alignment | Record pane size and weight, rack orientation, access restrictions, installation height and horizontal setback. | |
Sheet stack to machine table | Record sheet formats and surfaces, pickup height, frame support, machine clearance and release position. | |
Different packages using one workstation | Record package variations, sealing surfaces, head changes, pallet extremes, transfer cycle and overhead coverage. |
Turn the example into a requirement sheet
Decision | Record for your project |
|---|---|
Workpiece range | Minimum and maximum weight and dimensions; surface, packaging, contact restrictions and centre of gravity. |
Pickup and placement | Positions, heights, orientation changes, obstructions and the final support before release. |
Complete equipment scope | Gripper, lifting device, support structure, utilities, controls and any equipment already at the site. |
Acceptance | Representative workpieces and the agreed complete handling sequence. Include measurable requirements where the selected equipment documentation supports them. |
Documents | Model specification, arrangement drawing and the instructions or other project documents required for the selected configuration. |
Compare a proposal against the same task
A quotation for a lifting head alone cannot be compared directly with a complete workstation. Identify the supplied items, site responsibilities and interfaces. Use model specifications to compare documented values, then request a configuration review for conditions that the documents do not establish.
