Choose a format for the material and movement
Your task | Start with | Key decision |
|---|---|---|
Repeated bag or carton transfer | Vacuum tube lifters | Packaging, head/source, lifting stroke and workstation support. |
Glass transfer or installation | Glass frames or lifting robots | Pad arrangement, working position and required movements. |
Metal sheets and machine loading | Sheet-metal lifting frames | Sheet support, surface, tilting and access to the destination. |
Stone slabs and paving | Stone/paver lifting equipment | Surface porosity/texture and handling format. |
Roof or wall panels | Cladding lifting configuration | Panel profile, support distribution and installation approach. |

Compare the complete lifting arrangement
A vacuum source and pads provide contact; the lifting tube, crane, hoist, robot or host machine provides the applicable movement. Review the rating, frame/head, source, controls and support as one configuration. Neither pad diameter nor a source pressure alone establishes a machine capacity.
Use model information for a short list
Open a model page to check all documented specifications, its configuration choices and labelled images. Download the complete model PDF for engineering and purchasing review. Then provide the workpiece and working positions to resolve any project-specific limits.

The same headline load can describe different work
Equipment | Condition to compare |
|---|---|
Separate sealed and porous-package loads and lifting stroke. | |
Maximum machine load is subject to outreach, posture and load chart. | |
1,000 kg horizontal and 500 kg vertical at the stated vacuum condition. | |
Recommended horizontal suction load; not an unrestricted lifting-system rating. |
Build a shortlist within the same task and load definition. A portable cup, a tube lifting station and a crane-supported frame are different equipment scopes even if a headline number happens to match.
